The Mt. Blue High School
Technology program graduates have gone on to excel in college, higher technology instruction, the military, or immediate employment. Mt. Blue High School and Foster Technology Center are located at Mt. Blue Campus in Farmington, Maine; together they help more than 850 students succeed in academic and hands-on pursuits. High school and technology classrooms are located side-by-side at MBC, which exposes students to a variety of subjects and provides faculty opportunities for interdisciplinary instruction. Many Mt. Blue High School and Foster Technology program graduates have gone on to excel in college, higher technology instruction, the military, or immediate employment.




Student Body
Mt. Blue High School is comprised of students from surrounding towns including Farmington, Wilton, Starks, Industry, Chesterville, New Sharon, Weld, Temple, Vienna and New Vineyard. Currently more than 670 students attend Mt. Blue High School. Mt. Blue’s Foster Technology Center pulls more than 180 students from schools located in Salem Township, Rangeley, Dixfield, and Jay.






Athletics
Mt. Blue High School is part of the Kennebec Valley Athletic Conference, which is composed of 29 different school districts including Bangor and Skowhegan. 
The schools in this conference are all near the Kennebec River and compete with each other for conference championships before the Maine Principals Association playoffs begin. The schools are divided into classes based on school and team sizes. Mt. Blue is commonly considered a class A school in Maine, except for football, lacrosse and track & field, which are a part of class B.
